Get ready for 11th October

Our tradestand applications will open on Friday 11th October.  Put your applications in online for all types of applications

For the 2025 show all applications can be made online via our website, please note we DO NOT accept any applications for bar/alcoholic drinks provision as these are part of our tender arrangement, this is the same for ice cream sales.

We ask all tradestands to submit confirmation of valid insurance documentation and a completed risk assessment on application for a stand.  We can provide example risk assessments and also a form for those who haven't done these before for events.

Our CATERING applications are submitted on a tender basis, we do not accept applications purely on price, our committee review all applications and our main aim is to have locally sourced, produced food on the showground.  The first aspect of our review is the mileage from the show with the majority of ALL stands being from within 50 miles of the show.
